In many cases, the customer needs it urgently or as soon as possible to meet a certain financial obligation they may have, or to help with a family emergency. Typically, most banks will take 2 to 4 weeks to finalize a mortgage or loan application. Each customer is different, and sometimes this may be an acceptable timeframe, but often, it is too slow and they need a faster product.
At Approved Mortgage, we specialize in offering mortgage products that can fund within 2 to 3 business days.
We do this through our Equity Loan programs, and can sometimes be referred to as Private Mortgages. Through Equity Loans, we can bypass many of the requirements the banks have such as job letters, Notice of Assessments, appraisals etc which can often delay the process.
Equity Loans are quick and easy, but as with any other industry, the enhanced service does come at a higher price in the form of interest rates and fees.
